Since its beginning in 2013, Verse.io (formerly known as Agentology) has been committed to the belief that connection matters. Brothers, serial entrepreneurs and co-founders David and Avi Tal wanted to bring the human touch back to an industry that was becoming increasingly impersonal, overwhelmed with volume and plagued by poor follow-up processes.
Without a solid process for lead engagement, businesses were forced to invest considerable time and money chasing leads, letting them slip through the cracks, or pursuing inauthentic solutions that proved suboptimal.
Enter Verse.io – first making a splash in the Real Estate and Mortgage industries before re-branding as Verse.io in November, 2019 and exploding into new marketplaces across the United States. Our executive team
Founder and Co-CEO
David co-founded Verse in 2013. He oversees the company’s business operations, including sales, marketing, customer support, and finance, among other areas of the business. Prior to Verse, David spent a decade as a real estate broker and co-founded one of the largest real estate referral platforms in the country. David holds a degree in Economics from UCLA.
Founder and Co-CEO
Avi co-founded Verse in 2013. He oversees the the company’s business operations with a focus on technology, product development, and long term growth and strategy. A serial entrepreneur, Avi spent a decade building internet businesses, including one of the largest WiFi media networks in Latin America. Avi lives on the beach in sunny San Diego, and you can catch him rollerblading on the boardwalk.
Chief Marketing Officer
As CMO, Steve leads the marketing and customer success teams at Verse. He brings over 15 years of B2B experience to the company, most recently as VP of Marketing at ThriveHive in Boston following three years in Austin with Main Street Hub prior to their acquisition by GoDaddy
VP of Sales
Hillary Anne oversees the sales operations at Verse. Prior to joining Verse, she was the VP of Sales for TapHunter, a craft beer SaaS venture in San Diego. Before TapHunter, Hillary was the Director of Inside Sales for Homes.com, overseeing the creation, training, development and expansion of the Inside Sales program from San Diego, CA to Norfolk, VA from 2010 to 2016.
VP, Contact Center Operations
As VP, Contact Center Operations, Daniel brings over 30 years of experience to the verse team. He brings a unique balance of Contact Center omni-channel best practices, technology, and customer experience efforts having worked for GEICO, Citigroup, The Hartford, College Loan Corporation and Zovio in various Contact Center management positions across multiple industries.
VP of Finance
Victor brings over 15 years of financial experience to the Verse team. He started his career at Morgan Stanley as part of Institutional Investor ranked sell-side research team and then spent 8 years at Sempra Energy in various roles, including in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. Prior to joining Verse, Victor was the VP of Financial Relations for Renovate America.
