To give customers access to the advanced communication services in our trustContact™ product suite, Verse gathers their business information for verification purposes and to create each customer’s identity in their Business Profile.

NOW WHAT?

After you’ve completed your Business Profile, you get access to the following trustContact™ products currently offered to Verse customers and those that will be available in the near future.

The new FCC regulation, Signature-based Handling of Asserted Information Using toKENS (SHAKEN) and Secure Telephone Identity Revisited (STIR), requires each company’s Business Profile and phone numbers registration in order to ensure deliverability of Verse’s calls to our customers leads. The benefits: Verse’s calls to our customers’ leads will be in compliance with the FCC regulation and their phone calls to leads will not be labeled “Scam Likely” or “Spam Risk”. Instead, their calls would be labeled “Caller Verified” or a Verified checkmark in the phone History (iOS and Android experiences can vary from carrier to carrier).

Verse scans our customers’ campaigns and lead lists to identify and scrub all serial TCPA litigators and professional plaintiffs. Those individuals and entities may want to target businesses for TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) violations. More info here.

The benefits: Reduced litigation risk for our customers from “leads” that are fishing for potential legal cases.

A2P (Application-to-Person) registration will allow our customers’ SMS messages to be distributed to their leads in compliance with the A2P 10DLC regulation. Without A2P, there is a high probability for customer SMS communications to be filtered/blocked.

The benefits: Customers will be in compliance with the FCC regulation and their text messages to leads will be more likely to be delivered by carriers.

Availability: EST Oct 2021

Cost: Included with all Verse packages

Caller Name Delivery (CNAM) is used in US-based telephone networks to provide name identification of the calling party. CNAM will allow our customers to register their Caller Name (for example, “ABC Mortgage”) and Phone Number.

The benefits: Customers’ calls to leads will get an even higher degree of trust and response rate.

Availability: No release date yet

Cost: Included with all Verse packages

This product will allow Verse to brand our customers’ phone calls to leads with their business name, logo, and business description (e.g. “ABC Mortgage”. Lowest Rates for First-Time Home Buyers!).

The benefits: Customers’ calls to leads will get the highest degree of trust and response rate.
